| Euro Hockey League 2007 - 2008 |

The Euro Hockey League started this season, replacing all the Europeans mens competitions. The top 24 club teams from 12 European nations are represented by means of a ranking system, this year England has 3 teams, Reading, Cannock and Loughborough Students.
Round 1 consists 8 leagues of 3 teams, played at HGC, The Hague, Netherlands 26th - 28th October 2007 and Royal Antwerp, Antwerp, Belgium 2nd - 4th November 2007.
The top 2 in each league progress making 16 teams in a knock out competition, Rounds 2 and 3 being played at Club Egara, Terrassa, Spain 21 - 24 March 2008.
The Round 4 winners play the semis, final and playoffs for €20000 prize money at Rotterdam Hockey Club 10th - 11th May 2008. |
