| There are two major European competitions, the EuroHockey Club Championships and the EuroHockey Cup Winners Cup. At the end of the season, England Hockey runs a Super Cup competition which is made up of the top three sides in the EHL Premier Division, plus the winner of the National Cup. In the event that the winner of the Cup is one of the teams in the top three of the league, then the fourth placed team qualifies for the tournament. Run on a round-robin basis, the team who finishes in first place qualifies for Europe's premier competition, the EuroHockey Club Championships. |
